hello i write 4 Cappi cuz thay english is bad ^^
he have a problem he have buy from webshop bk wings f.o +13 but its only + 11 ... at the 2 bone blades too
so he ask what he can do .. pls answer me fast that i can tell it him

i have same problem,
if i buying staff & wings i can buy only items +11
